I’m simply a 34-year-old Spirit-led Christian who has ADHD. I believe God has called me to be a teacher in my local church and the church at large via the Internet. I lived a joyless life of prayer for a long time, and I struggled for many years to get my ADHD under control after a later-in-life diagnosis. As I've learned to better manage my ADHD I gained greater self-awareness as well as tools and strategies that I discovered can be powerfully applied to prayer life. I love to learn, and I learn best when I teach. Learn with me as we see how bringing all of who we are to prayer, in all areas of life, can increase our joy of prayer and grow closer to God.
